Description
The position will initially be filled as a W 1 position as a temporary civil servant for six years. In addition to an interim evaluation for orientation purposes, a tenure evaluation will be carried out at the end of the term on the basis of clearly defined and transparent criteria. These criteria are defined together with the future position holder at the time of appointment. After successful completion of the tenure evaluation, the appointment is made as a civil servant for life in grade W 2/3, provided that the general requirements under civil service law are met. The procedure is regulated in the statutes on quality
