Organization History
Established in 1993, Waterborne Environmental came into existence with the goal to provide outstanding consulting services related to nonpoint source pollution and the environment. Founded by Patrick (Pat) W. Holden and W. Martin (Marty) Williams, the company is bolstered by its founders’ extensive knowledge in agriculture, water resources, and sustainability. Today, Waterborne has grown significantly from its original size and boasts a stable staff of highly experienced scientists and engineers.
While Waterborne got its start in the heavily regulated area of agro-chemical risk assessment, the company has steadily grown their specialized knowledge about chemical transport and environmental risk to span other markets—such as personal care products, pharmaceuticals and industrial and specialty chemicals. Their intimate knowledge of regulatory procedures and reputation as unbiased scientists allow them to anticipate how product registration applications will be received and negotiate accordingly between clients and regulatory agencies.

Salary and Benefits
